Sergey Solovyov - poet, prose writer, artist. One of the founders of metarealism.

His poetics is multi-layered, corporeal, visual. His prose is a stream of consciousness in which eroticism, philosophy and memory are interwoven into a living fabric. His artistic world is an icon of metaphysical writing of new Russian-language literature.

Born in Kiev, he studied at the Faculty of Philosophy and the Academy of Arts, restored frescoes, published Ark, created literary anthologies, translated Joyce, and curated exhibitions. Since the 1990s he has lived in Munich. His works have been published and exhibited in dozens of countries, from Germany to India, from the Czech Republic to the USA.
